My portable computer is late 2013 13 inch Macbook Pro Retina, but it's mostly a web browsing machine as I do most my development on my local server.
This machine is connected to a Dell SP2309W, which has an amazing screen resolution of 2048x1152.
It's getting old though and I'm looking for a replacement, probably a 4k screen.
My peripherals are CM Storm QuickFire Rapid wtih blue switches and a Logitech MX 310 Razor DeathAdder Chroma.
Of the many servers that I have, my main one is a Super Micro X9SRA paired with a Xeon 2670v1 CPU and 32Gb of RAM running ESXi. With 8 cores and 16 threads, I have plenty of horsepower to run a couple different VMs.
My other servers are low end VMs mostly for hosting static sites and hosting some git repos via ssh.
My favorite editor since college has always been Vim based editors. Today, I use a combination of Neovim (or Vim) and Atom. It's a 60/40 split.
For editing remote files I use Sublime with the awesome sftp plugin. I also use SSHFS if I want to edit with Neovim or Atom.
