I've always had a Windows machine, but don't use it for development that much. This year is different. With VS Code being one of my primary editors along Neovim. This brings me to my upgraded build for 2023. Bolded items are the upgraded ones

This machine is connected to a Acer XF270HU monitor which is a budget 144 HZ gaming monitor.
I actually built this computer to play pubg and still play it, but I've mostly been playing Valheim.
During Black Friday 2022 I upgraded to a Macbook Air M1. This is a perfect mobile machine with the powerful processor and great battery life.
Of the many servers that I have, my main one is a Super Micro X9SRA paired with a Xeon 2670v1 CPU and 96Gb of RAM running ESXi. This recently got upgraded from 32Gb to 96Gb of RAM. With 8 cores and 16 threads, I have plenty of horsepower to run a couple different VMs.
This year the server has been mostly used for Kubernetes experiments.
